1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship exclusively within India. We do not ship to international addresses, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2-4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4-6 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 6-9 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other factors outside our control.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by:
- Visiting the courier's website and entering your tracking number
- Logging into your account on alpinosuperone.com and checking your order status
If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@alpinosuperone.com.
6. FAILED DELIVERIES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Alpino Super One is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please:

Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt

Contact us at info@alpinosuperone.com within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your building security, then contact us within 24 hours
(shipping partner has a TAT of 24hours for delivery disputes) of the marked delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
8. DELAYS
During sale events, festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, etc.), or periods of high demand, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these periods and will keep you informed via email if there are significant delays with your order.
