6.3 Sports Nutrition Products

7. Orders & Payment

7.1 Placing an Order: When you place an order on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order at our discretion — including in cases of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability.

7.4 Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled on the same day they are placed by contacting us promptly. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Our Return & Refund Policy will apply in such cases.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders deemed fraudulent or placed with inaccurate information. Any amount already charged will be fully refunded.

8. Payment Security & Fraud Advisory

Alpino SuperOne will never request payment via:

Phone calls
WhatsApp messages
QR codes or payment links sent via SMS or chat platforms

For COD orders: Payment must be made only at the time of physical delivery of the parcel, not before, and not to anyone claiming to be from Alpino over a call or message.

For prepaid orders: Share your delivery OTP only when the delivery executive is physically present at your door with your shipment. We will never ask for your OTP or any payment over a call or message.

Alpino SuperOne shall not be responsible for any loss arising from payments made or information shared in violation of the above guidelines.

10. Shipping & Delivery

We ship exclusively within India. Applicable delivery timelines and shipping charges will be communicated at checkout.

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, natural events, or public holidays.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@alpinosuperone.com.
