At Alpino SuperOne, your satisfaction is our priority. Every product leaves our warehouse after rigorous quality checks. We stand behind what we sell.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Record a video of unboxing serves as the strongest proof of claim.
  • Contact us at info@alpinosuperone.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and video of the issue.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

We will evaluate your claim and resolve it with either a refund or replacement, at no cost to you.

 

Refund Process

Prepaid Orders

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card or net banking) within 2 business days of claim approval. It may take an additional 2–7 business days to reflect in your account as per the bank timelines.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the billing details you provide via email, within 2 business days of claim approval, with an additional 2–7 business days for the amount to reflect as per the bank timelines.

#Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. No exceptions.

 

Replacement Policy

Replacements are accepted only for items received in damaged or defective condition, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Required proof: Unboxing video with visible shipping label showing the damaged condition.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled on the same day they are placed and before it is shipped, Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Alpino SuperOne reserves the right to cancel or hold orders deemed fraudulent, or in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
  • If your order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be reversed to your account.
  • Promotional vouchers used on cancelled orders may not be refunded.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Products received as free samples
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Items without valid unboxing video proof (for damage/missing/wrong product delievred claims)

During special marketing campaigns or mega-sale events, separate return/refund rules may apply.

 

Payment & Fraud Advisory

Alpino SuperOne will never request payment via:

  • Phone calls
  • WhatsApp messages
  • QR codes or payment links sent via SMS or chat

 

For COD orders: Pay only at the time of physical delivery — not before.

For prepaid orders: Share your OTP only when the delivery executive is physically present at your door with your shipment in hand.

We will never ask for your OTP or payment over a phone call or message.

Alpino SuperOne shall not be responsible for any loss arising from payments made or information shared in violation of the above guidelines.

 

Final Authority Clause

All decisions regarding refunds, replacements, and exchanges lie solely with Alpino SuperOne's management. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
